Small groups will make a request each week to meet on the campus of Mt. Horeb and pending approval must meet these requirements:

• Follow guidelines for wearing masks/social distancing/hand sanitizing
• Entry and exit must be through the same door
• Entry will be permitted 10 min prior to group start time
• Upon entry, proceed directly to reserved room
• Group must remain in room for duration of scheduled time
• Group will have 10 min after end of time to exit building
• No Children and no childcare will be provided
• No furniture may be moved. Room MUST stay as set up to protect social distancing.
• Cannot exceed the maximum number allowed per room.
• No food or drinks allowed.
• Mask must be worn at all times while in the building.
• No handouts allowed. Electronic materials only.

As of now, we are NOT opening rooms on Sunday mornings.
Please have all requests for rooms in by Thursday each week. Assignments will be emailed on Friday.
